Ear Candling / Candle Protective Discs Now Available

Following increased requests from our customers, we now offer Ear Candle Protective Discs.

Silver side up, these protective rings / discs simply slip onto the ear candles from the tapered end (about a third of the way up) and help to protect the ear-candlee from the naked flame as well as helping to catch any falling ash. When left to burn to the surface, the ear candle flame will go out, although the candle will continue to smoke and so will still need to be extinguished in water.

Designed to be compatible with all our types of natural ear candles (Azteca, Biosun, etc), these protective discs give you the additional peace of mind.

Surya Henna Powder and Cream Now Available

After being frequently asked by our customers if we offer the Surya brand Henna from Brasil, we are pleased to say we now offer this in addition to the NJD Cosmetics brand Henna from France that we currently offer.

This brand is significantly more expensive than the NJD Cosmetics brand but we have had feedback from several customers saying they prefer it. On the other hand, we have also had customers who have tried it say they like the NJD Cosmetics brand better.

The Surya brand Creams and Powders can be used in conjunction with the NJD Cosmetics brand Shampoos and Conditioners.

Cold Weather Causing Delivery Delays

As you may be aware, the cold weather in the UK is causing delays with deliveries from both the Royal Mail postal network and couriers.

Royal Mail are mainly having problems with their daily flights over the country being cancelled because of the snow and ice. Our courier (Business Post) has had to close various depots around the country because of bad road conditions for their drivers.

We would ask that customers who have outstanding orders with us wait a little longer before contacting us. Tracking information is listed in the Order History area where available.

Christmas Backlog Cleared

As mentioned in the last news article we posted, we have been closed for the festive season and to do our annual stock take.

Over the past 2 days since we returned to the office, we have been working on clearing the backlog of orders while we have been away. We are pleased to inform you that the majority of orders have now been sent out minus a few that are waiting on stock from our suppliers. These will be sent out this week as stock arrives.

We appreciate the patience of our customers over this period and would like to wish everyone a happy new year.
